Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-7 business days from the time the order is placed.
Delivery Time: Delivery to EU countries typically takes 7-20 business days. In exceptional cases (public holidays, customs delays), delivery time may be longer.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during order placement and depend on the order value and the country of delivery.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Customs and Taxes: Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes according to the regulations of the country of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Products in our store are shipped directly from suppliers outside the European Union (mainly from China). As a result, additional customs and tax charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient:
- Orders up to €150 — may be subject to VAT collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
- Orders over €150 — are subject to customs clearance. The buyer may be charged customs duty and VAT in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If you have any questions regarding customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
